In the spirit of Transgender Day of Remembrance, Inside Out is expanding the portrait collection to include artistic creations/portrait expressions of trans individuals who have lost their lives.
Any person, even those outside the LGBT+ community, may create an artistic portrait expression celebrating the life of a trans person who would not otherwise have the opportunity for visibility in the Inside Out project.
The portrait can be created on your own, within the submission guidelines of the project OR you can contact Jay@insideout-transart.org and request an in-person or virtual art-making session. As with all sessions, there is never a fee for participating or for submitting artwork.
